04 / SYSTEM INTEGRATION

From individual machines
to coordinated systems.

We connect PLCs, robots, drives and operational data. Alongside control interfaces, we develop Windows-based data acquisition, diagnostics and reporting applications as part of system integration.

01 / THE TASK

Connecting equipment and managing operational data

When integrating new equipment, modifying an existing production line or processing operational data, we first clarify the connected systems and their roles. We plan development around the available interfaces and the agreed operation.

01

Equipment coordination

Coordinating operating sequences and interfaces between PLCs, robots and drives.

02

Data connections

Defining the path of required status information, commands and operational data from source to use.

03

Industrial software development

Developing Windows-based data acquisition, diagnostics and reporting applications as part of system integration.

02 / WORKING TOGETHER

From requirements
to implementation.

  1. 01

    System review

Reviewing equipment, existing software and the boundaries of responsibility.

  2. 02

    Interfaces

Defining data, signal handshakes and operating conditions.

  3. 03

    Development

Implementing control interfaces and the required industrial applications.

  4. 04

    Joint testing

Checking the connected components and data flows together.

  5. 05

    Handover

Documenting interfaces, software and the agreed operating guidance.

03 / HANDOVER

Clear results.
Documented solutions.

We define the exact handover scope at the start of the project, tailored to the task.

We hand over documentation of the implemented interfaces, signal handshakes and data flows, together with the agreed program and application files. For industrial software development, the package also includes installation, configuration and operating guidance, along with the system test results.

The documentation explains which equipment sends which data, where the information goes and under what conditions the connection operates. This helps locate communication faults, reinstall applications and add new equipment or data sources later.

04 / INITIAL DISCUSSION

Let’s start with
the technical details.

  1. A list of the equipment and applications to be connected
  2. Available interfaces, data and documentation
  3. A description of the required operation, reports and operating environment

05 / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

What industrial software do you develop?

We develop Windows-based data acquisition, diagnostics and reporting applications as part of system integration. These process equipment data to meet operational needs.

Can new equipment be connected to an existing system?

We assess the options by reviewing the existing control system, available interfaces and program sections that can be modified. We then define the scope of the work.

What data can be collected and reported?

We select the specific data based on the information made available by the equipment and its intended use. We agree on display, storage and report content at the start of the project.

How is the system verified?

After checking the interfaces, we carry out joint system tests using the agreed operating scenarios. We define the test environment and acceptance criteria in advance.
