We review the process, existing equipment and interfaces. Together, we then define the operating sequences, modes and technical solution.
We develop the PLC program and HMI interfaces from the approved functional specification. The control logic follows a clear structure, with status indications and fault diagnostics.
We coordinate PLCs, robots, drives and connected systems. We implement and verify signal handshakes, communication links and data exchange.
On site, we check input and output signals, operating modes and process sequences. Joint trials allow us to fine-tune operation and test fault handling.
We hand over the agreed program files and technical documentation. During operation, we support you with troubleshooting, program changes and further development to meet new process requirements.
03 / OUR ENGINEERING APPROACH
We organise control tasks into clearly defined, traceable program sections, with consistent naming and understandable operating sequences. Status indications and fault messages help operators and maintenance teams locate problems.
We adapt development to the existing PLC, HMI and communication environment, as well as the customer’s technical and programming standards. Interfaces and signal handshakes are designed so new functions work with the existing equipment.
Alongside the agreed project files, we document the operating logic, interfaces and changes made. The documentation supports future troubleshooting, maintenance and development.
